Google Chrome: The Story Behind The Browser
The Chrome browser came about out of frustration. Google had long been a supporter of Firefox, but they also took over Android and launched that browser in August. Despite those options, they still didn’t have everything that they needed and they knew that Internet users were demanding more and more of their operating systems and their browsers. With that being the case, Google decided to start from scratch and build a new browser – one that was simplistic and easy to use but that still offered everything that a person could want in their search.
By doing this, Google was able to get a lot of market share very quickly and ensure that they would be able to branch out into other areas without compromising their quality and integrity. The only thing that remains is to see where they go next.
