Usually when a new browser launches it’s basically garbage until all the bugs are worked out of it. This isn’t the case with Chrome, and the best thing about it is that it will be available for Mac and for iPhone very soon. The people who use those devices are excited about it, and they should be. Chrome is the best browser out there in a lot of ways, and it’s the best thing that’s come out in a long time. The browser is fast, and it’s secure. It works well and many of the concerns that are still seen with other browsers are not a problem with Chrome.
While it’s still got a few little issues, anyone who downloads it will likely be very happy with the speed of it and the quality as well.

Despite the security that you have available in Google Chrome, it’s still in beta, and that means that there are often problems with it that have yet to be ironed out. It’s based on an old version of WebKit, and by combining some flaws in that with a few bugs that were never worked out of Java, it’s possible to convince someone to download a Java application to their desktop. Once they do that, it will open without warning and that would make it very easy for someone to run any Java application that he or she wanted on someone else’s computer.
Since Google talked about how secure Chrome is, this really makes the company look a bit bad. Beta issues, however, are usually quickly solved once they are discovered.

If you want great browser security, Chrome might be the way to go. A lot of people still love Internet Explorer and Firefox, but Chrome has stronger levels of security, and a lot of people appreciate that and see the importance of it. Even though it’s still a beta release, the browser has so much to offer. The security is important, though, because it’s something that’s getting harder and harder to come by. Most browsers are able to be hacked into, and since that’s the case, there is no way to ensure that your information is safe.
You have to find something that you feel the safest with from the choices that you have available, and Chrome is the best one to protect what you do on the Internet. It not only helps to protect your information, but it also works to let you browse without logging information, keeping your surfing private, as well.

That’s a question that a lot of people are asking, but the answer isn’t that simple. Right now, with the launch of Chrome just a few weeks ago, the Page Rank Toolbar is suspiciously absent. It’s left many people wondering whether it’s gone for good, or whether it’s something that just hasn’t been added yet. The Chrome browser is beta, after all. There isn’t really any clear answer as to whether the Toolbar is coming back, but Google has said in the past that they would like to find a way to get rid of the Page Rank Indicator.
There have been a lot of people weighing in on what they think about the Page Rank issue, but most of them seem to think that the Toolbar will be back because it’s got too much in it that shouldn’t be given up on. Whether the Page Rank Indicator comes back as well remains to be seen.

Most people who’ve used Google’s new Chrome browser love it, but there are still some things that they’d like to see added or changed. These include:• Profile roaming between multiple browsers
• Better management for bookmarks
• Plug-ins
• Warning messages when you close multiple tabs
• A full-screen mode
• An interface that’s more customizable
• A way that you can drag applications back into the main browser
• A version for Linux and/or Mac
• A pop-up blocker that really blocks pop-ups
• A regular box just for searching
There are so many options that Google’s Chrome already has that make it very popular, but adding some things that a lot of other people have said that they’d like to have, Chrome may be able to forge ahead and ensure that it gets a place among the top browsers out there.

There are probably a lot of things that you don’t know about Google Chrome. That’s ok, because there are a lot of other people that know even less about it. Some people haven’t even heard of the new browser at all. Here are three things that you might not have known about Chrome:• Each browser tab runs in its own process, so if one page is messed up it won’t completely trash the entire browser.
• Right now, Chrome is beta and you can only get it for Windows. Later you’ll be able to get it for other operating systems.
• There’s a private browsing window that you can use if you don’t want people to see what you’ve been looking at on the computer. It’s not saved in history and it doesn’t keep your cookies.

Many people who are using Firefox are thinking about switching over to Chrome. Here are five reasons why you may want to do that, too.• There is more stability to Chrome
• Chrome has more speed, and it’s enough that it’s obvious
• It is more secure, stopping it from causing problems for other programs
• The entire Chrome browser is open-sourced
• More privacy is a big plus. With the ‘incognito’ window you can visit any page you like and keep that information from appearing in your browser history. The cookies from it are also wiped away, so you don’t have to worry about someone finding them if they go snooping on your computer.

There are all different kinds of shortcuts that can be used for Google Chrome. You can make shortcuts for:- The start menu
- Your desktop
- Google apps – like documents and calendars
- Windows Live Hotmail, and more.
But that’s not all you can do. Other things you can do with this new browser include:
- Opening sites in such a way that they don’t appear in your browser history
- Loading your home page with thumbnails of the sites that you visit the most
- Hide your bookmarked sites from prying eyes, and
- Drag your links around to put them where you need them.
The greatest thing about the tips and tricks that work with Google Chrome is that people continue to find more of them, and when they do they blog about them, putting them out there on the Internet so that everyone can get use from them.
Helping people out with a new browser is a great way to make friends and share ideas, tricks, and new tips. We don’t know how many more shortcuts are still out there, but we bet you’ll find more of them to talk about. Google Chrome seems to have a lot to offer.

Google Chrome already has reviews from all over the world on the web discussing, raving and complaining all over the new beta application and the anticipated converging of Chrome and Android, but what about us web designers?Web designers and developers are very different from the average web surfer and internet marketing and sometimes what may seem to be great new bells and whistles to play with, are just that, stuff to play with rather than something that actually increases our productivity.
Most designers agree that web standards will be increased thanks to the addition of yet another browser and this will push the other browsers to catch up to the pack or go under the radar. In addition, that fact that it is an open sourced application, it makes the field of add-on’s wide open and there is really no limit to the features that could be possible all within one browser.
Most designers will agree that many of the new features and the extreme speed will make Google take the lead in browsers along with everything else.

Many analysts are predicting that, within two years, Chrome will be ahead of all the other browsers and be dominating the market. The future certainly looks bright for Google with many predicting that it will bring with it a taking over of the mobile market with their new mobile application, Android.
In addition to the melding of Chrome and Android, a lot of attention is being paid to the way Chrome offers instant opening of other web based applications from right within the browser, making it seem to have features something like that of an operating system. (I hope Microsoft is paying attention. )
Of course, one of the main reasons that Google may take over is the address bar being converted to an address, history and search bar all-in-one and the extreme speed that even the new beta version is offering.
Another feature that makes it leading the pack already in some opinions is the homepage that gives you a list of the most visited pages that you have been to. This makes it so much easier to head to all of your favorites with just a click of the mouse rather than typing in the URL’s or going through the favorites.
